Debt University – Credit Improvement Program, Debt Negotiation Strategies Program, Debt Negotiation Strategies Program.

1. Program Description

​

Debt University – Credit Improvement Program (“Program”) is a one-time, educational program designed to help participants understand credit reports, credit laws, dispute processes, and responsible credit-building strategies. The Program provides educational content, tools, templates, and guidance to support informed decision-making regarding personal credit.

 

Debt University – Debt Negotiation Strategies Program (“Program”) is a one-time, educational program designed to help participants understand how creditors think, when negotiation makes sense, and how to avoid common mistakes during the settlement process. The Program provides educational content, tools, templates, and guidance to support informed decision-making regarding Debt Negotiation Strategies.

Debt University – Program (“Program”) - Mortgage Modification Essentials Program is a one-time educational program designed to help participants understand their mortgage options, how to speak with their lender, and how to take steps to protect their home during financial hardship. The Program provides educational content, tools, templates, and guidance to support informed decision-making regarding Mortgage Modification Essentials.

2. No Guaranteed Results

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No specific credit score increase, account deletion, or outcome is guaranteed.

  • Credit improvement results vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor and credit bureau responses, and participant engagement.

  • We do not guarantee timelines, approvals, or results of any kind.

3. Educational Services Only

Debt University provides educational information and support only.
We do not:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Act as attorneys or financial advisors

  • Represent participants directly with credit bureaus or creditors

All actions taken based on program content are the sole responsibility of the participant.

4. Client Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when applicable

  • Review and utilize program materials as instructed

  • Take responsibility for submitting disputes, communications, or actions independently

Failure to actively participate may limit the potential benefits of the Program.

 

5. Payment Terms

  • The Program fees are $58 USD, $79 USD, $129 USD, and 197 USD, charged as a one-time, non-recurring payment.

  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment.

  • Access to the Program is granted upon successful payment.

 

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital educational materials:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once program access has been granted

  • No refunds are provided for lack of results, partial participation, or failure to complete the Program

 

7. Cancellation & Access

Because this is a one-time purchase:

  • There are no recurring charges or subscriptions

  • Access may be revoked if Terms & Conditions are violated

We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse, abuse, or violation of these terms without refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to:

  • Educational content

  • Templates

  • Scripts

  • Worksheets

  • Videos and downloads

are the exclusive property of Debt University and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

 

9. Compliance Disclaimer

Debt University does not claim to remove accurate, verifiable, or legally reported information from credit reports. The Program operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), where applicable.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Debt University shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Program ($59 USD, $79 USD, $129 USD, and 197 USD).

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

 

11. Changes to Terms

Debt University reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Debt University operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

 

Georgia Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure

(Credit Repair Organizations Act – 15 U.S.C. § 1679)

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You do not need to purchase a credit improvement or credit repair service to exercise these rights.

​

Under federal law, you are entitled to the following consumer protections:

  1. You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee for this copy, but you are entitled to receive one free credit report each year from each of the nationwide consumer reporting agencies.

  2. You have the right to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. The credit bureau must investigate your dispute and remove or correct any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified.

  3. You have the right to cancel a contract with a credit repair organization without charge for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you sign the contract.

  4. A credit repair organization cannot require you to pay for credit repair services before services are fully performed.

  5. A credit repair organization cannot make false or misleading statements about the services it provides or advise you to make false statements to a credit bureau or creditor.

  6. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

Debt University – Credit Improvement Program is an educational program only. We do not dispute credit on your behalf, do not provide legal advice, and do not guarantee the removal of any credit items or specific credit score outcomes.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you understand your rights under federal law and applicable Georgia consumer protection laws, and that participation in this program is voluntary.​
