Any statements and depictions in the training material are based on the experiences and education of our success coaches. Due to the sensitivity of financial information, it isn't easy to track the typical results of our students. Instead, we track satisfaction with services by voluntary surveys.

Our typical results show that most students who complete the training program are satisfied with its quality. You should not, however, equate satisfaction with financial success. Furthermore, many students do not complete the program, do not apply what they learn, or attempt to use it but struggle to implement the strategies.

Coaching Terms & Disclaimers

Debt University – Optional 1-on-1 Coaching (Georgia)

1. Nature of Coaching Services

Debt University provides optional educational coaching services intended to support understanding of program materials, clarify concepts, and discuss general educational strategies related to debt, credit, or mortgage topics.

Coaching services are:

Educational in nature only
Optional and purchased separately
Not required to participate in any Debt University program

2. No Legal, Financial, or Credit Repair Services

Under Georgia law and applicable federal law, Debt University coaching services do not constitute:

Legal advice
Financial or tax advice
Credit repair services
Mortgage servicing or loss-mitigation services
Debt negotiation or creditor representation

Debt University coaches:

Do not act as attorneys, financial advisors, or credit repair organizations
Do not communicate with creditors, lenders, or credit bureaus on your behalf
Do not submit disputes, applications, or negotiations for you

All actions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Coaching services do not guarantee any specific result, including but not limited to:

Credit score increases
Removal of credit report items
Debt settlement outcomes
Mortgage modifications or approvals
Timelines or financial results

Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and third-party decisions beyond Debt University’s control.

4. Participant Responsibility

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
Coaching provides general educational guidance, not directives
You choose whether and how to apply any information discussed

5. Payment, Scheduling & Cancellation

Coaching sessions are billed at the hourly or per-session rate disclosed at booking
Payment is required in advance
Sessions must be scheduled through the approved booking system

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy displayed at the time of booking. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund.

6. Confidentiality (Georgia Clarification)

Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential for educational purposes only. Coaching communications are not protected by attorney-client privilege or any professional confidentiality standard under Georgia law.

7. Not a Credit Repair Organization

Debt University coaching services are not offered as a “credit repair organization” under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679) or under Georgia consumer protection laws. Coaching does not involve disputing credit information or altering credit reports on behalf of participants.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law:

Debt University shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the coaching session(s)

9. Governing Law

These Coaching Terms & Disclaimers are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By booking or participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Coaching Terms & Disclaimers and understand the educational nature and limitations of coaching support.
